The Everglows [from London UK] started as a 60s cover band with songs by The Beatles, Jimi Hendricks, The Who, The Kinks and The Small Faces, but Andy had some songs he wanted to play & they got sick of playing covers. Their influences come from the artists songs we used to play & also The Jam, Blur, Oasis & singer songwriters like Elvis Costello & Paul Weller. They have just recorded a four track demo & will be gigging regularly soon.
They also have their 5th release on New York’s Factory Fast records coming out on the 29th Dec, it’s another track on their compilation cds. |
