Lakewaves is an ambient/electronic duo featuring keyboardists/composers Devin Powers (Bost, MA) and Graham Marlowe (Madison, WI).
Today’s feature on the Dose comes from the group’s collaborative effort on BFW Records ‘Lakewaves Vol. 2‘, the second half to its counterpart, Pt.1, building and expanding on its own musical ideas.
Lakewaves Vol. 2 is a brilliant fusion of scratchy tape loops, guitars and smooth synthesizers set to jazzy, downtempo rhythms.
