Cleft are a 2-piece turbo-prog band (Dan Beesley & John Simm) that came together in Manchester, UK in late 2011. They make massive, dirty, instrumental music using a guitar and some drums. They say that is best visualized as a machine that compresses 14 minute songs down to 3 minutes.
