Originally Jane was a punk-rocking, all girl band drummer. She was able to open for The Clash in a band called Pulsallama.
In the 90s she started an alternative country band Jean Caffeine’s All Nite Truckstop. Now living in Ontario, Canada, originally from Austin, Texas, she started writing more. The recording started with Chuck Prophet at Decibelle Studios in San Francisco, and was finished at Sounds Outrageous in Austin with tracks recorded at Chatham Garden Studios in Hamilton,Ontario, and Treeworld in Austin.
She contacted us, because she thought it would be about time to spread the word. We very much agree with it.
