Last but one Christmas download, this time something really different from what you normally get from Insomnia Radio. Still, very appropriate for this night, especially if you will want to meditate.

Published in Lima in 1631, Hanacpachap Cussicuinin has the distinction of being the first piece of polyphonic music printed in the Western Hemisphere. The title means God of the Heavens. It was sung as a processional on feast days honoring the Virgin Mary. (source: San Atonio Vocal Arts Ensemble)
