M1 Connect: Not Enough

Hey music junkie! First time here? Click over to http://insomniaradio.net/subscribe/ and get all of our content (tons of music) delivered for free. Enjoy your time here, and keep it loud!

We have a special Daily Dose for you today to promote Nottingham/London based band M1 Connect, who have scored a gig next Friday (29th Jan) supporting a DJ set from the legendary Paul Hartnoll of Orbital! It’s at The Jamm in Brixton, London – any IR fans based in the capital should definitely give this one a look as it seems set to be a cracking night.

We featured M1 Connect on a joint episode of Insomnia Radio: New York/UK, after Sarah Morrison heard about them from a stranger in the pub..

They are Martin and Stewart Cuthew, two brothers based in Nottingham and London (hence the motorway-inspired name!), whose deliciously dark brand of electronica is dripping with deep, synthy sounds.

Tickets for the gig are £10 in advance from The Jamm’s website, but if you contact the boys directly (email m1connect[at]hotmail[dot]com) you can get your hands on them for £8+p&p instead – and remember to tell them IR sent you!

Doors open at 8pm and kicking-out-time will be way, way past your bedtime..
