From Montevideo in Uruguay, Bonnie is Sofi Garcia, Lucho Garcia, Jero Gozalez, Ignacio Rohr and Santiago Lenoble. They started life as a covers band playing all manner of classic rock and pop tunes to enthused crowds, before deciding to start writing music of their own. From their newly released EP Showtime, ‘Come and get me’ is an energetic, foot-stomping homage to their classic rock background, with jutting AC/DC-style riffs, a driving beat and growling female vocals. A good ol’ fashioned feel-good rock n’ roll tune!
