“The HardcorePostpunkElectricIndieShockRock Scene..”

The MFV are a four piece indie/alternative band from the South East [UK]. They formed in 2005 and have been promoting themselves heavily since the release of their first E.P (ROBOT) in 2007.

“We formed in school because we thought being in a band would make us irresistible to the fairer sex. We were wrong” James Knaggs – The MFV

Since the beginning of 2007 The MFV have performed at over one hundred live events from Southampton to Edinburgh and are now showcasing themselves to the nation as part of the BBC’s “Introducing” program. Without doubt, a competent and impressive live act.

“Stylistically, The MFV go big on guitars and straddle both dance/electronica and rock, and are working on developing a sound that no-one else has.” Phil Jackson – BBC South Live
