“TORONTO – Strange & Primitive releases their second single Difficulties Be Damned off their upcoming post punk album Strange & Primitive, due out August 21st. Melodies and rhythms trapped in a predestined beat, the instrumentals unleash the caged animal within us.

“This single is inspired by British explorer Percy Fawcett who was lost in the jungle and presumed dead. An ode to the Fawcett family’s motto, “Difficulties Be Damned” captures a determination and naivety found throughout life’s journey.

“The song highlights the danger of succumbing to freedom from modern life without finding a balance between the structured and primal side of ourselves.” [via GLG Publicity]
