Early Morning Rebel: Shallow Breath

Los Angeles-based rock trio Early Morning Rebel has a forthcoming new EP “Life Boat”, arriving via label Baby Bird Records this April 29.

Vocalist Nathan Blumenfeld-James calls the EP’s newest single ‘Shallow Breath, a “forbidden love song inspired by The Smiths, ‘Goodbye Horses,’ and great American murder ballads.” Along with bandmates Dustin Bath and Joshua Mervin, Nathan films, produces, directs, and edits the band’s videos. The “Shallow Breath” video, a “love story between a girl and a skeleton,” according to Blumenfeld-James, is coming soon in addition to a video they are hinting at on their social media sites entitled “Howl at the Moon.”
