Lovely Quinces: Wrong House
Croatian singer-songwriter Dunja Ercegovic is poised to hit SXSW this Friday and Saturday after musically taking her own country by storm. Dunja started her music project, Lovely Quinces in 2012, with today’s powerful single, “Wrong House” released in Croatia not to long thereafter in Feb 2013. The song lyrics reportedly mirror the fear of discovering a cheating partner, while struggling with the agony of losing yourself in jealousy – always a hard pill to swallow.
Since the release of her Debut EP “No Room For Us” in September 20th 2013, Lovely Quinces has earned rave reviews across Europe and sold out several dates, earning a number one single in her home country, and opening up for sizable acts like Tame Impala. She is now poised to bring her exceptional talent to the South by Southwest Musical Festival in Austin, TX followed by a jaunt up to Toronto for Canadian Music Week in May.
