Eureka Birds: Mila Don’t Make a Sound
Baltimore’s Eureka Birds are returning with their newest full length ‘Strangers’ a few short days before Halloween this year, with a nice ghostly album cover to go along with, designed by artist Bridget Cimino. If you haven’t had time to dig into our archives, you may want to check out our past features of ‘Now They Rise‘ and ‘That Mountain is a Volcano‘, two great introductory tracks to the bands catalog.
Today’s feature, “Mila Don’t Make a Sound,” the lead single off Strangers, is a celestial anthem highlighting singer Justin Levy’s heartfelt lyrics. Levy says, “This song is about infidelities and how they’ll haunt you like ghosts in your house. The couple knows that the ghosts are all around them but both are careful not to recognize them.”
