Mnemonic Sounds: Keeping It Quiet

Portland’s Mnemonic Sounds released their debut album, Muscle Memories in July 2010. Since then, the band, founded by Peter Suk and Megan Ouchida, has achieved a significant degree of success in a short period of time. This past December the band notably debuted at #116 in the College Music Journal charts and since then they have maintained a steady presence in the Top 200.

The band will also be filming two music videos in the first half of 2011, and have already begun work on a new EP, due out later this spring. While a number of labels have expressed interest in the band, Mnemonic Sounds has chosen to remain unsigned for the time being. [bio]
