Perendiz: Oh Johnny
Manchester solo artist Michael Bear goes by the dream enduced name of Perendiz, an epiphany of sorts etched into his eyelids by morning’s wake, which he quickly typed into his iPhone and adopted as his moniker. Perendiz is originally from the Central California coastal town of Fresno, but had moved to the UK with his parents at age 12, having lived all over Britain (e.g. Bristol, Coventry, etc) during his years there, finally ending up in Manchester.
A graduate in Music Composition, Michael Bear has been working on his debut EP ‘Simple Songs for Complicated People’ since 2009, and plans to have this out before summer of 2011. His promo video states that he is planning on releasing one free single from the album each week up to the release date.
‘Oh Johnny’ is the first mp3 and AIFF from this forthcoming EP, available at Michael’s website via SoundCloud and for free distribution to the masses.
