Johnny Kills: My Shirt Guy Is High

Johnny Kills Hot on the heels of debut single ‘Let’s Talk About Me’, Brighton/London/York (UK) based garage-surf trio Johnny Kills drop a lackadaisical antidote to the aforementioned high octane freak out with the slacker-rock infused My Shirt Guy is High, riffing on listlessness and guilt in the 21st Century.

Made up of biological bros Tim (guitars, vox) and Lewis Lloyd-Kinnings (bass, keys, vox), plus spiritual bro Cameron Gipp (guitars, vox), and joined on record here by North-London-drum-prodigy Fin S. Woolfson, Johnny Kills specialise in writing songs about being in your early 20s and clueless. Fuzzy and anxious tunes for fuzzy and anxious times.

‘My Shirt Guy Is High’ was produced by Alex Greaves (Seeing Hands, Avalanche Party, Colour of Spring) at The Nave studio in Leeds, and mastered by Pete Maher.

It is being self-released via Johnny’s Killer Records on July 25th, and is the second in the series of Super Sick Summer Singles.
