The Verandas

The Verandas are a four piece band from Bielefeld in Germany. Formed in 2000, they have had six releases to date. Their latest offering called “Deep Down” is a mix of guitar pop and indie rock tunes. This album finds them at their most cohesive so far and moving towards a slightly more contemporary sound. Their influences range from British post punk and new wave to German prog rock. An eclectic mix of songs which may find favour with fans of thoughtful pop music.
