Gentle Friendly: Ride Symbols

Gentle FriendlyToday’s featured track is a refreshing two minute blast of experimental rock from London, UK’s Gentle Friendly – specifically from their free seven-song EP titled ‘Rrides’. The group has a new full length album coming in June of 2014 which will be released by Fat Cat Records out of the UK, whom the group recently signed with close to the beginning of February.

The band had the following to say about the free seven-song EP: “History is a circle so here’s seven songs of the past/future/present of Gentle Friendly. From the ones we finished this year for our new record to the ones that got lost along the way, these songs are where we are, were and will be as a band in 2014 – it feels like we’ve come a huge long way. Sing new songs over the old ones. Happy new year!”

Ride Symbols is taken from the Night Tape EP, released by No Pain in Pop, available at the link below.  The free seven song EP is accessible via the Soundcloud link.

Upcoming Tourdate:
Mar 14 – Sexbeat Repeater mini-festival, The Shacklewell Arms, London (w/ Moongangs + others)
