“1990 – 1992:
Hailing from South Oshawa, Ontario, the Marvelous Beauhunks had a short but fierce run in the Canadian music industry beginning in 1990 and abruptly ending in 1992. Toronto alternative-rock station CFNY 102.1 (now the Edge 102.1) championed the band’s first single “Fantasy Merry-Go-Round” in the summer of 1991. The resulting chart success of “Fantasy Merry-Go-Round” on CFNY’s Top Thirty caused the band to behave like major prats. That’s when it all went pear-shaped.

“2010 – Present:
After an 18-year layoff, there’s a reconstituted Marvelous Beauhunks. We’ve got a new face and some soaring harmonies. There’s more low-end swagger pushing that same Beauhunks attitude. Sharp, three-minute, mod-pop anthems to cure what ails you.
Following up on their recent EP Who Said The Kids Are Alright, their new singles Where Are You Now? and (If Yer Gonna Dream) Dream Big feature more diverse Beauhunk sounds while managing to retain that signature, jangly style.
