Beat the Heart: Glebe Market
Sweden’s four-piece BEAT THE HEART recorded their new EP Glebe Market in a studio built at a loft of a barn in the Swedish countryside in early 2013, and have released their new endeavor over the course of the past week. They describe their music as a mix between alternative rock, folk and the dreamy sound of the 80’s, which is a nice summation. We enjoyed the laid back feel of the song as it languidly but steadily builds throughout seven minutes of pop perfection.
The band has been talking about recording this week and emerged from the studio about two days ago with around 3 new songs for planned release in late spring to early summer.
