Nettie Rose sings about People I Know (well, people she knows. This is actually the album tittle). She wrote these songs with the help of those people, some in L.A., some in Nashville, some dead and some living, some real, some just visions, some near and some too far to touch.

I’ve heard Nettie Rose for the first time after listening to Tempest, by Bob Dylan, considered for many the best 2012 album. I felt that listening to Nettie right after Bob was the best thing that could happen.
