Sound and the Urgency is the name of the album, the song and the project, or you could also call it Brian Senesac, from Portland.

Sound and the Urgency is an indie-rock, folk-electronic masterpiece that was inspired by anti-depressant induced dreams, political apathy, modern alienation and watching too much cable news. (CD Baby)
