Nashville’s THE WINTER SOUNDS just sent us over a few links directing attention towards free downloads of their last full length ‘Church of the Haunted South’ as well as a mix of eclectic tracks spanning b-sides, remixes, the Pinebox EP, as well as holiday themed tracks.
Today’s feature is taken from the latter compilation and represents a different sound for the group, as remixed by Remix Artist Collective (RAC) member Andrew Maury. Today’s feature is the track ‘Candlelight’ from the Haunted South album with a bit of a different sound than what you have traditionally heard here at the network.
In other news, Winter Sounds will be re-releasing on vinyl the 2009 album Church of the Haunted South w/ a digital copy of a new 3 song EP entitled: “L’ete des Trois Michelles” Look for that in May!
