IR: The SoCal Sessions #9 – Axed the Commute

After ditching a hideous daily commute to work, we start of this short segment with an ode from ‘The Techno Squirrels’ to being stuck on SoCal’s 405 Freeway huffing smog…or any freeway in general for that matter.

‘Zera Vaughan’ brings us back down to earth with her track ‘Love Song’ from her album ‘Back to the Roots’. ‘Paulan Vedre’ then plays his Long Beach influenced electro sounds with the track ‘Tomato Soup’, which will be filling the air on Hollywood Blvd.at the giant Thai New Years Festival on April 1st.

‘The Hedrons’, from Scotland make several pitstops with another UK band ‘The Scanners’ and are also playing one last gig in LA on March 28th at The Roxy. Make sure you see them before they leave for the next part of their world circuit.

I’ll see you very shortly for a slightly longer Episode #10 from the new NoHomebase.
